Litigation Management : Prompt Evaluation and Resolution
We attempt to provide a prompt evaluation of cases in order to encourage settlement where appropriate. We only initiate settlement negotiations at the client's request. We are comfortable working with insurers who desire to negotiate potential resolutions of their cases on their own. When a case is defensible, we are always prepared to defend the case to a verdict. We do not change our attitude or recommendation at the courthouse steps.
