The partners in the firm are skilled and experienced trial attorneys. This experience includes all forms of insurance coverage and insurance defense litigation. Despite this experience our focus is always on early resolution. We work closely with our insurance company representatives to develop a resolution plan and strive to conclude all cases within one year after assignment to our office. If a case cannot be settled, the critical issues to be resolved by a jury are identified. Negotiations are initiated to resolve other issues and streamline the trial. Our lawyers work with clients to develop a defense trial theme and have repeatedly enjoyed the results of a cooperative effort.
We understand our clients' legal expense concerns. Our efficient defense strategies result in reduced costs. This arises primarily from the vigorous pursuit of early resolution. It is also a byproduct of our firm's conscientious use of formal discovery and expert witnesses. Several of the awards from clients are associated with our distinctive legal services.
Our lawyers serve clients in state courts throughout Ohio and Michigan. We also serve clients in federal courts throughout the Midwest.
