We assign suits to experienced lawyers according to their speciality and consistent with the complexity and severity of the suit and legal issues. This leads to successful results and reasonable legal fees.
New case assignments are reviewed with the claims representative to develop a case strategy including the possibility of a prompt settlement or suggestions for other means of resolution. Any and all recommendations are discussed before any legal action is taken. After completion of our initial review, a report is provided to the client with recommendations for future handling.
